Responsibilities of role;

  • Working with Clients, designers and venues to create and display promotional assets on a timely and professional manner.
  • Putting together and managing marketing budgets for shows and tours and then relying this information to key stakeholders.
  • Assisting senior marketing members on larger tours and shows
  • Working with ticket agents and venues to ensure the best possible promotion for shows and attending shows as a representative of the company.
  • Liaising with Avalon Television production teams to manage the set up and running of audiences
  • Managing campaign activity for each project, ensuring we have enough tickets allocated for each show and attending shows outside of office hours.
  • Interacting with the audience in a confident and professional manner. And handling the registration of all audience member and the ones who are turned away.


Skills and experience require;

  • Experience in similar position within the live comedy, theatre, TV or Entertainment industry
  • Experience in working with excel and excellent communication, presentation, task prioritizing skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
