Our client is the global leading force in the festival world and is seeking a Partnership Director to generate high level partner programmes and manage the smooth running of those partnerships.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Generating and closing new marketing partnerships.
  • Working closely with the research and creative teams to win new business
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with stakeholders and their teams.
  • Also working with the fulfilment and commercial teams to ensure on going successful contracts.
  • Developing new commercial revenues streams
  • Brand Development

Successful Candidate will have

  • Proven track record of understanding the use of IP rights within the entertainment sphere
  • Skilled in contract negotiations
  • Through understanding of marketing and the process
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A full understanding and knowledge of the UK festival market ideally with sponsorship or brand partnerships
