Our client are a new record label and music services agency, who are transforming the music industry with it’s unique data-driven approach.  Built by artists, for artists. Our clients technology platform analyses a vast array of audience analytics and executes hyper-targeted social media campaigns, resulting in impressive growth for an artist’s audience, public profile and revenue.  The new entertainment division has been created to apply these techniques to providing first-class live entertainment for corporate and private clients.

They are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and driven operational manager to lead their brand new Entertainment division, based in Central London.

Roles and responsibilities

     Operational responsibility for Entertainment

     Oversee account management team, assist with management of customers and roster of artists

     Oversee event coordinators to ensure events run smoothly

     Work closely with our talent managers and booking agents to recruit and retain high quality artists

     Establish efficient working processes

     Set, monitor and measure performance metrics for all reports

     Ensure the Entertainment division operates within the group’s overall strategy

     Play a key role in establishing the companies new premium headline offering

     Office management duties

      Assist with onboarding of new employees

 

Skills and experience

 

     Solid experience within a senior management position

     Extensive experience in the music industry

     Experience overseeing large teams and setting objectives for direct reports

      Friendly, enthusiastic personality that isn’t deterred by consistent shifting priorities

      Proven ability to work well with people in a supportive and cooperative manner

      Excellent written and oral communication skills

      Excellent organizational skills

      Strong attention to detail
