Our client, a major music company, is looking for an experienced PA to support their Financial Operations team.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Screening all calls, post and deliveries
  • Managing and gatekeeping the diaries of the CFO and VP and maintaining staff schedules
  • Ordering and distributing tickets for international events and awards
  • Arranging extensive business travel and itineraries
  • Preparing for meetings and video conferences
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Disseminating communications to the business
  • Organising the annual Finance Conference
  • Assisting with data gathering and consolidation for ad hoc projects
  • Administration support

The successful candidate will be a confident, assertive and discrete individual with:

  • Previous PA experience at a senior level, preferably within a financial environment or a music/media company
  • The ability to liaise with people at all levels including Senior Management and Executives
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to pre-empt problems, take initiative and be proactive
  • Strong IT skills – must be highly competent with the MS Office suite including Visio
  • Fluency in French desirable but not essential
