Our client, a major global music company, is looking for a Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to manage a high profile digital account.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Building relationships with digital partner organisations and managing all partner needs
  • Influencing internal stakeholders, contributing to digital strategy and negotiating marketing plans
  • Coordinating digital initiatives and supporting digital teams
  • Working with business analysts to assess results, forecast sales and analyse sales data to establish trends and make recommendations
  • Identifying new product initiatives and business development opportunities
  • Coordinating artist campaigns and account announcements and developments
  • Regularly reviewing and presenting on the performance of partners

The successful candidate must have:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Extensive experience within the technology, music and/or media industries as an Account or Partnerships Manager
  • Experience both mentoring other staff as well as dealing with senior executives
  • The ability to juggle and prioritise multiple projects, remain calm under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical, research and project management skills
  • A good understanding of business objectives and sales key performance indicators and a proven ability to interpret financial data
  • Digitally savvy with a passion for both music and technical innovations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills – KeyNote, Excel and Word essential
  • The ability to travel as required
