Our client, a major entertainment company, is looking for an eCommerce Assistant to assist with the set up of new product offerings for their online stores.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Being responsible for the whole product set up process
  • Following best practices and ensuring all data and images are accurate and delivered in line with label/management requirements
  • Publishing new release products, updating product information and placements
  • Building campaign stores from templates, utilising design direction
  • Using Photoshop to build assets
  • Dealing with issues and reporting accurately
  • Researching trends
  • Ad hoc admin support


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Passion for music and an interest in the online market and its evolution
  • Proven computer literacy and proficiency in Photoshop and MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with HTML5 and CSS desirable
  • Label, marketing or retail experience ideal
