Our client, a leading global booking agency, is looking for a Central Services Assistant to join their team.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Updating show timetables, announcement schedules, financial itineraries, deal narratives and settlements
  • Liaising with Promoters, Accountants and internal management
  • Ensuring all contracts, itineraries and costs are saved to the server
  • Tracking weekly deposit summary reports

The successful candidate must be/have:

  • Highly numerate with an eye for detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
