Our client, a major music company, is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Coordinating all logistics, delegates and suppliers
  • Evaluating and reporting on workshops and sessions
  • Building relationships and responding to queries
  • Collaborating with the HR team
  • Assisting with facilitating and presenting workshops
  • Creating bespoke learning and development solutions
  • Monitoring the budget, tracking spending and managing invoices

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification – HR/psychology degree preferred
  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience working in HR
  • Strong IT skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
