Our client, an independent content agency, is looking for a 1st and 2nd line IT Support worker to assist with their ticketing system, desktop support and ongoing projects and changes.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Responding to and resolving any faults or issues efficiently
  • Maintaining the IT areas and ensuring equipment is organised and tidy
  • Regularly maintaining system back up’s, archive and restore processes
  • Providing initiation to IT systems and training where required
  • Providing Desktop Installation, support and troubleshooting where required
  • Updating and providing user documentation
  • User related server or SAAS support
  • Provide desktop hardware support

The successful candidate must have:

  • Extensive experience as an 1st & 2nd Line IT Support
  • A strong working knowledge of IT issues and their solutions
  • An eye for detail
  • A strong working knowledge of bespoke online systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Mac and Windows OS, Android / IOS, Adobe CC, MS O365 Desktop Suite, local servers, antivirus, laptops and mobile phones
  • The ability to set up printers, arrange building access
