Our client, a major record company, is looking for a Head of Compilations to manage their team and implement strategic and creative direction.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Overseeing all media and marketing expenditure
  • Managing the development of imaginative and effective marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring timelines and targets are met, budgets are controlled and creative quality is kept to the highest standard
  • Maximising the development and sales potential of compilations
  • Strategizing best practices for areas of innovation
  • Evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns and give feedback

The successful candidate must have:

  • A good understanding of current market trends, the mass market consumer, compilations and playlists
  • A significant catalogue, compilations and product marketing experience
  • Experience at a management level
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, take initiative and adapt
  • Strong leadership and diplomacy skills
