Our client, a leading music and entertainment company, is looking for a HR Business Partner to assist with operational issues for designated client groups.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Providing a HR business partnership service of day-to-day advice and support in all employee relations issues
  • Developing close working relationships with business unit leads and line managers
  • Advising on policy, process, employment law, workforce planning, organisational design and talent planning
  • Planning and actioning restructures and managing redundancy consultations
  • Managing employee or consultant changes, assisting with onboarding and championing diversity targets
  • Assisting with development, administration and projects as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working at a HR Business Partner level, preferably with a music or media industry background
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Experience dealing with talent management, talent development, performance management, discipline and grievance, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and proven ability to apply and provide day-to-day advice
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
