Our client, a major music and entertainment company, is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • HR administration
  • Assisting with queries from managers, employees, candidates and suppliers
  • Keeping all employee data up to date
  • Preparing deal memos, offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Assisting with new starters and processing leavers
  • Diarising probationary periods, sending out reviews and probationary letters
  • Tracking contract and service agreement review dates
  • Dealing with reference and mortgage requests
  • Supporting managers and department with general processes and ad hoc assistance

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous HR experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient MS Office suite skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
