Our client, a leading record label, is looking for a Product Manager to create and deliver profitable marketing campaigns for UK and international releases across a broad mix of artists ranging from pop through to crossover.

The key duties of the role will include:

  • Produce and product manage successful marketing campaigns for artists, projects and activities
  • Deliver strong and cohesive briefs and select the best treatments
  • Oversee and coordinate TV commercials, EPKs, sleeve designs, photoshoots and video sessions
  • Managing every aspect of campaign media strategy and schedule
  • Liaising with artists and their management
  • Overseeing market research activity
  • Managing the digitisation of visual marketing and advertising assets, working with the Digital team to devise integrated online campaigns and manage artist websites
  • Managing artist showcases and events
  • Coordinating retail-marketing strategy

The successful candidate must have:

  • Extensive experience working at Campaign Manager level within a label, creating and delivering digital campaigns coupled with the proven ability to manage a wide range of acts
  • Knowledge of charts, trends and artists
  • Experience managing budgets, briefs and contracts
  • Experience assisting photoshoots, TV advertising campaigns
  • End-to-end vision and determination
  • Proven contacts with photographers and creative agencies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
