Our client, a major music company, is looking for an International Synchronisation Coordinator to assist with international clearances, licenses and administrative support.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Processing international synchronisation requests
  • Liaising directly with artists, artists management and/or representatives
  • Creating playlists
  • Coordinating gig invites to clients
  • Processing licenses, lyric/print license deals and invoices
  • Managing the payment tracking process and chasing payments where necessary
  • Maintaining client database
  • Generating reports and managing audit processes
  • Ad hoc general and PA support

The successful candidate must have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with at least 2 years experience in a admin role within music
  • An eye for detail
  • Basic copyright knowledge, commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • A passion for music and its use in media
