Our client, a leading music merchandise and touring company, is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee operations internationally and drive revenue.

 

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Liaising with US and UK design teams and partners and managing day-to-day relationships
  • Gathering product details, monitoring sales and maintaining stock levels
  • Executing product/campaign plans to align with album campaign cycles and events
  • Coordinating and tracking deliveries
  • Developing assets for stores such as banner ads, product shots, ads and general design look for online store
  • Analysing campaign data and recommending improvements
  • Coordinating the implementation of technical changes to stores
  • Ensuring all product information is up to date including item descriptions and images
  • Developing off-cycle product campaigns to continue sales in absence of artist activity

 

The ideal candidate will be a commercially-aware and highly organised individual with:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing E-commerce stores
  • Solid working knowledge of record labels, the music industry, digital marketing (CRM) and E-commerce best practices, customer acquisition, retention and growth, SEO/SEM/Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HTML and strong Excel skills
