Our client, an international record label, is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to develop strategies to optimise the promotion of the label’s extensive catalogue of recordings, key streaming brands, digital marketing channels and more.

Reporting to the Head of Digital and working alongside digital planners, product managers as well as internal departments including A&R, Marketing, Sales and insight teams, responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing strategy for releases and genre campaigns
  • Monitoring multi-channel campaigns
  • Using a range of analytical tools to provide post-campaign analysis in order to review and improve strategy
  • Producing digital assets
  • Managing artist and brand social media and streaming channels
  • Building and maintaining relationships to secure promotional marketing activity and placement with key digital partners

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven background in successfully delivering effective marketing campaigns
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technology and emerging digital opportunities, as well as the streaming and social media environment and platforms
  • A good understanding of music industry rights, particularly in regards to recording and publishing
  • Experience using Photoshop and HTML – video production and editing skills will be valuable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels of the business
  • Passion for music and the digital landscape
