Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a French-speaking Executive Assistant/Office Manager to manage and support a small but busy team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks including dealing with visitors and calls, arranging and preparing for meetings and conference calls, maintenance of facilities and office supplies, liaising with building management and outsourced IT consultants, as well as some accounts payable processing and basic accounting tasks.

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Fluent French language skills – both written and spoken
  • Experience in a busy and high-pressure office environment
  • Previous experience of diary management and overseeing complicated travel itineraries
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of discretion and confidentiality required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
