Our client, a leading music booking agency, are currently looking for a Contracting and Admin Assistant to join their company.

This is an exciting role for an exceptional administrator to join a busy office and help support the team. The role is best suited to a person with high competency in Mac computers and relevant software including Mail, Chrome, Word, Excel, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets. Key duties will be divided into 3 areas, including; Contracting, liaising with Booking Agents, Artists and Managers and general office support.

The successful candidate will be expected to keep exceptional levels of digital organization and database record keeping as well as self solve basic IT issues. Sound numeracy skills are essential and a basic knowledge of accountancy and tax is also preferred.
